STRUCTURE OF TRUST COHORT

You can't build trust if you don't understand the structure of trust.

The Structure of Trust is a four session, cohort-based deep dive into the research-based structural elements of building trust with your team, with your clients, and with your brand. 


These cohorts, done virtually or in person, can take place with three types of groups: 

  • Organizational teams
  • Organizations with a group of their clients
  • Same-level organizational leaders (ie CEOs, Human Resource Directors, Marketing Vice Presidents, College Presidents, etc). 


There are several intended outcomes for the Structure of Trust cohort:

  • Examine the research that has been done in organizational trust-building
  • Learn the core elements of the Structure of Trust
  • Apply the core elements of the Structure of Trust to real-time organizational challenges
  • Work together with a cohort of like-minded individuals to apply the principles of the Structure of Trust to current organizational realities
  • Apply an objective assessment tool and trust-based language for organizations to increase their trust with their teams and organizational practices


Developing bonds of trust with organizational stakeholders does not need to be nuanced, anecdotal or subjective. Regardless of the industry or relational dynamic, the principles of the Structure of Trust can be applied in a way that helps organizations assess, articulate, and ultimately improve their trustworthiness. If the primary ingredient of customer loyalty is trust, a clear understanding of the structural elements of trust is vital to not only understand, but to apply consistently and effectively.
