  • When there is an absence of trust, employee loyalty drops by as much as 66%
  • Two-thirds of employees in medium size organizations indicated they aren’t likely to work as hard when they don’t trust their leaders. 
  • Leaders rated their own level of trustworthiness 26% higher than how employees with no leadership responsibilities rated leader trustworthiness in their organization.
